AC F&B · Bukit Merah

Launch line versus daily menu

A Singapore food group opened three Bukit Merah outlets with a strong Instagram launch and no through-line to in-store menus or delivery tiles. Franchise staff improvised taglines; the delivery app icon was a cropped logo that read as noise at small size.

We ran a positioning workshop, reduced the story to one repeatable line, rebuilt the design system with rules for small formats, and produced menu boards, delivery assets and a four-week content calendar from the same frame. Engagement improved over six months; we made no ROAS or viral guarantees.

One editorial idea per month

A Redhill professional firm had tried twelve posts per month and abandoned the calendar by week three. We cut scope to one durable idea per month — a long-form article, a LinkedIn cut-down and an email excerpt — with copywriting templates the in-house team could reuse.

Organic traffic trended upward over two quarters. Rankings moved for some target terms; we did not promise page-one placement. Reporting focused on engagement and assisted enquiries, not inflated attribution claims.

AC Retail · Tiong Bahru

Shopfront, social and email as one campaign

A Tiong Bahru retail brand ran separate creative for Instagram, email and window display with no shared story. We unified positioning, art-directed a half-day content shoot, and delivered a launch kit — hero film stills, social templates, email header and print-ready window vinyl from one brief.

The campaign ran eight weeks. Sales data was shared selectively by the client; we report only that in-store traffic during the launch window exceeded their internal baseline. Your results will differ.

AC Startup · Jalan Kilang corridor

Identity before the pitch deck

A hardware startup near Jalan Kilang needed brand identity and a pitch narrative before investor meetings — not a full media buy. We delivered positioning, a minimal design system, deck copy and a one-page site structure in a four-week project. No ad spend, no performance marketing promises.

Funding outcome is not ours to claim. The client reused the identity across product packaging and trade show materials for eighteen months without a rebrand — that durability is what we optimise for.

AC Content · Redhill

Seasonal campaign with no post-launch plan

A Redhill lifestyle retailer ran a strong Chinese New Year push — hero film, window display, email blast — then went quiet for eleven weeks. We inherited the account mid-year, audited what had worked, rebuilt a quarterly editorial map tied to inventory cycles, and produced three reusable social templates the in-house team could populate without re-briefing us every week. Holiday sales the following year exceeded the client's internal plan; we cite this only as an example of continuity, not as a promise for your category.

About these case descriptions. Projects are anonymised or composite where client confidentiality requires. Metrics cited are historical and contextual — not benchmarks, not guarantees. Marketing outcomes depend on your product, pricing, market, competition, budget and execution. Ask us for a scoped proposal rather than expecting replication of past numbers.
